primitive core/library "fixed_float" not found

Description

When the HDL platform is either zed or modelsim (I haven't tried others) the compilation blocks with the following error:

In reality, the whole set of files in opencpi/projects/core/hdl/primitives/ is missing — I've momentarily put a patch by adding symbolic links, but I have no idea whether this constitutes a major problem afterwards or not...
